Early Student Pick Ups

We have had a lot of families coming to pick up their children before the school day is over. Please read through these reminders to ensure a smooth pick up. 

 
Please make sure to tell your child's teacher before school starts (or even the day before) so your teacher can prepare your child for the agreed upon pick up time. During school hours our teachers are teaching, they are not reading emails or Seesaw messages. Telling your child or even the office is not good enough, you must also make contact with your teacher. You must tell them what time you are picking up and who will be picking up your child if it is not you. If you need to pick your child up early, please do so right before recess (10:15 AM) or lunch (12:00 PM). Any other time is a big disruption to the class and prevents other children from learning. Other times are only acceptable to pick up if you've confirmed with the teacher and/or it is an emergency.

 ਸਕੂਲ ਦਾ ਦਿਨ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਯਾਦ-ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੜ੍ਹੋ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇੱਕ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਪਿਕਅੱਪ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। 

 
ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ (ਜਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ) ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਓ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਮਤ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ। ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਾਡੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਪੜ੍ਹਾ ਰਹੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਈਮੇਲਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਸੀਸੋ ਸੁਨੇਹੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਰਹੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ। ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਜਾਂ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਦਫਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਕੌਣ ਚੁੱਕੇਗਾ, ਜੇ ਇਹ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ। ਜੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਛੁੱਟੀ (ਸਵੇਰੇ 10:15 ਵਜੇ) ਜਾਂ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਖਾਣੇ (ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 12:00 ਵਜੇ) ਤੋਂ ਠੀਕ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰੋ। ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਚੁੱਕਣਾ ਕਲਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹੋਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕਣਾ ਕੇਵਲ ਤਾਂ ਹੀ ਸਵੀਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨਾਲ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ/ਜਾਂ ਇਹ ਕੋਈ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਹੋਵੇ। 

ਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤੀ ਪਿਕ-ਅੱਪਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਈ ਸਵਾਲ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰੋ।
