Winter Concert!

John Maclure is presenting our annual Winter Concert on Wednesday, December 18th at 9:00am & 12:30pm in the gym.
Tickets are free but must be claimed through SchoolCash Online. Families may claim up to 2 tickets for a single show or 1 ticket for each show.
There are only 250 tickets available for each showing so please only claim as many as you need (limit of 2 per family).

We will be sending tickets home with students closer to the concert date. 

*One ticket per person* Each person attending MUST show their ticket as they enter. We only have so much space and must abide by our building's capacity limit provided by the fire department.
If you do not bring your ticket, you will be denied entry. Pre-school aged children will need a ticket to attend even if they do not take up a seat as they are included in the capacity limit.

Doors close for the 9:00am show at 8:55am. Doors close for the 12:30pm show at 12:25pm. If you are late, you may be denied entry. Please arrive early if driving as parking is VERY limited. We will be starting on time as we are going to be pressed for time due to the number of performances.

We also ask that you plan on staying for the entire show as it is disturbing when people leave - or when the gym is half empty when the last group comes out to perform. Please demonstrate respect and come intending to enjoy the entire show.

Early pickup will not be permitted on concert day. Students must remain at school until the end of the day at 2:23pm.
